Lovely.  Just lovely!  I adore peacock feathers too & have a costume (not made by me though) that has the peacock feathers motif.  It was actually the engagement sari of one of my students that I got altered to my specifications.

I have never used real peacock feathers too.  May I ask how you would launder the dress to avoid a "denuded" dress?
