My sister's birthday was a couple of days ago, and since she is way into Dr. Who I made her a TARDIS purse/tote.

I used the basic insructions from this tute: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=51187.0  and changed the sizes a bit. Not being a Dr. Who fan myself, I was worried whether I got the details right. But she seemed to really like it. The light on the top has velcro on both sides for a clasp of sorts.  Anyhoo, onto the pics!

The red on the bottom of the bag in this one is just a piece of loose string that got stuck to it, its not attached. Wink

Ok, now...that's just too cool!  And I've been a Dr. Who fan since the Tom Baker days.

I am an apologist for the spiders.

Just treat me no differently than you would the Tarantula Queen.

Love it working on a knitted pocket bag for my youngest dd.  Naturally, I will post well done on any love for the Doctor. Lol
