Who is coming for Christmas dinner? Ornaments

These are my 'Gifts from the Tree' this year. The idea is that they will be tied onto napkins to show where everyone is sitting...then tree decorations for everyone to pop on their tree.



I bought the little wreath decorations from an Oxfam shop last year and knew they'd be useful for something. I seem to say that a lot... So when I was trying to think of a way to make the cross-stitches look pretty, out they came!

My dad, mum, me and my bloke & the back. I cut cardboard to fit the centre, cut the fabric just a little bigger and then pushed them in. They almost look like mini hoops. I still have to write on the backs.


My sis & her bloke, my neice and nephew. I was able to write their names on since they were smaller.




I hope they all like them!

Thank you! I think the hair is what really gives them character. It was a shame I had to do three bald heads

great idea...i did little ceramcic santa boots one year with everyones name, perfect size to hold a cloth napkin...... I love the bald ones... although they are all REALLY cute
