Squee! I am finally able to post something here! Lol. So, I've been crocheting for a couple years now, and I've finally got something Craftster worthy! My cousin is a HUGE fan of Captain America, so for her birthday/Christmas I thought I'd make her a shield blanket. What do you think?

I've had a couple request for instructions, so here's the links I used:

They are two pieces. The circle is found here: http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/90097AD.html?r=1

And the star is found here way at the bottom: http://www.craftfreely.com/free-crochet-patterns/preview-pattern.cfm?id=806

And then I just sewed the star onto the circle Smiley

I love it!  I wish I could crochet like that and make my own Captain America shield.
