I made this for my September wedding.  I wanted something different.   My friends and family helped contribute pieces to it.  It was really nice to have something that had little pieces of all the people I loved in it.

I always thought flowers are overrated, so this is a great alternative.  I wish I would of had this at my wedding, even though I did like my bouquet.  The best part about your idea is that it's memorable to other people too.
