The test tube is great.

SOoo, how did you make it? I want one!!!  Smiley

Aww, thanks Smiley I found the test tubes at a junk shop. The Christmas tree was one of those from the little sets at Michael's, and I glued on the gears and then poked it down in the bottom. Then I added the stamps in (no glue needed-they stayed in there well since the tube is so small) and added the spinner arrow and rhinestone. Pretty easy, really!

I'm really glad you like it, mezcraft. My original plan for you was a resin-filled ornament, but that was the day I got resin in my hair and on my wall and decided to quit resin forever. I think this turned out even better!

You were so creative in making each ornament different. I hope you kept a set for yourself. I have not worked with resin before but have purchased some to play with. Thankfully, I have short hair. I am definately going to have to get some of those tiny bottle brush trees.

I would like to add that I think every swapper deserves a First Place ribbon for these great ornaments.

Hey guys, sorry I've been so quiet, the holidays just dragged me down in super busy-ness. Everything is pretty much back in order now, and I'll have pictures up soon. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and I can't wait to see the rest of the ornaments!

I received my air ship from Ashgrim! It has such detail, particularly the gondola. I just love it on my tree, just floating there looking awesome! Beautiful work Ashgrim. I saw the others in the gallery and am so pleased to have my own.

I loved this swap.

My final ornament, from Craftsunderground! I received it just before Christmas, but I went on vacation and haven't had a chance to post a photo until now! I'm absolutely in love with it--I've already designed an entire outfit around it, including goggles. Tongue Now when the girls at work are trying to explain the steampunk genre to customers at our bookstore, they can just point to me.

In case you're having trouble reading it, the ribbon says First Place, TransContinental Airship Race.

Thank you so much Craftsunderground, I love it!

Two more ornaments!! Finally got my hands on these after my vacation.

From Elameno, this wonderful quilled gear/snowflake! I love it, and it will be up all. year. round. It also came with a lovely tiny letter explaining the story behind the ornament, and a wax seal with my initial! Lovely touch Smiley

And from Craftsunderground, my First Place ribbon for the Transatlantic Submariner Race! LOVE it, love the navy and white colors, and it's hanging by my bed right now.

Thank you, what a wonderful swap! Can't wait for next year Smiley

Yay, I fixed my camera! The internet was stupid and apparently I'm the only one to ever have that problem, but I just reset everything I could and pushed every button and it worked! When all else fails, just push lots of buttons....

Anyway, pictures!

Craftsunderground made this gorgeous ribbon:

Elameno made this awesome quilled airship:

Ashgrim made this cool airship, I love the mixed techniques:

and hgddm made this little scene in a metal cup:

Apparently airships were popular this year! Thank you everyone, and I hope to see some more pictures in the future!
