Alright, here's the last of the stuff I finished up before christmas, though now that I think about it, I didn't take pictures of it all.  Oh well!


Captain America shirt for my dad.  There were so many little pieces that I had to iron in, but it all worked out despite that.  I also applied the paint with a sea sponge this time, not worrying about getting it completely filled in, so that it would like vintagy.


A batman shirt for my dad.  Same dealo with this one, making it vintagy.


And I made 4 sets of these chalkboard wine glasses.  They were super easy and fun to make.  You take blue painters tape and tape up the stem, leaving the base uncovered and then give it three coats of chalkboard spray paint.  I get a set of chalk for each set as well.


Some chocolate, peanut butter, and oreo bark.  I found the recipe for it here on craftster.  Its really really good!


My preggo SIL requested these cookies this year.  I've made them once before, but its been a couple years.  They are vanilla bean pillows.  I don't think I tried them when I made them the first time, but I did this year and oh man are they good!  They have vanilla sugar on the outside.  You cut up a vanilla bean with a couple cups of sugar and let it sit for at least a week.  You can use the sugar of a bunch of different things.  And the vanilla sugar doesn't go bad, either! 

I also made like 10 bottles of vanilla extract, as well.  And jerky, too!  Though I failed to take pictures of those.

Ok, these are probably going to be the last things I post for this year. I've been pretty sick for a week now and I'm lacking in motivation.

QueenNinjaMonkey "christmas crack" is "chocolate sex biscuit" in my family after my sister declared it  almost better than sex  I made two huge batches on the 24th, by the 26th there was nothing left but crumbs and toothache  Love the re-used Pringle containers too. My low salt diet means I don't have many of those any more, I used to use them as soap moulds.

Smeddley, I love you bd costumes and your bracelets  I have supplies for those but haven't got around to making any yet.

Thank you!  The costumes are the reason I do it, to be honest.  I love making them.

Just realize that once you start, it's really hard to quit...    It's such an easy, relaxing, addictive craft!

I have totally lost track of my list the last half of this year, I got to about 65 things and a combination of burn out, moving and lazy posting habits took over and I probably missed posting a few dozen things.  I am really looking forward to the new list to help motivate me again.

I have been completing some more projects, Christmas presents for family especially. 

Like this for my nephew:

Here is the Car storage and road mat roll I made for my nephew for Christmas. I used sewing, applique and fabric paint as well as store bought cars to complete the project...oh and the plug in end cut off some ear phones for the fuel pump which he seems to love most!
