fantasticmio, to quote one of my 2-year-olds at daycare, "Holy Buckets!" That's a lot of hats in one week!

I haven't finished anything else since my last update, but I have a lot of stuff in progress! On my list for this week - cranberry pistachio biscotti, finish first fingerless glove for sister, sew the buttons on sheepBlue's steering wheel cover for STS, finish at least one partner's HP Holiday swap package. I can do it! I hope. Smiley

But you got me beat hands down!!  I actually have quite a few things done, but I'm not posting anything til I get done a couple of promised items that I totally suck cuz I haven't gotten them done yet, but I'm getting back to them in 2 weeks!!!  And hopefully they won't take too long.......

I absolutely love love quilts, do you think an afghan is a fair trade for a quilt? I'd love to swap!

I just found out my Granndparents will be here in a week, once they're here my crafting time becomes limited, so the test will be to finish as much as I can within the next week - all while working, should be fun.

Looking for the free row by row patterns.  If you are able to get me one from your town I will paypal you $2 for postage.

I haven't been real chatty for many months now, but I have been crafting in the background! Here is an update...

*I have been making logbooks for letterboxing lately, and I hope that they will be known as my signature (not the stamp that is). Here are 2 examples of the logbooks. They are paintchips, index cards, rubber bands and driftwood sticks. The sticks are special to me because I gathered them in NH at a favorite spot while on a trip with my family and my dog. That trip was special because less then a week later we learned we had to put our dog down. So crafting with these sticks makes me remember that wonderful last trip with Lexis. The image on the logbook on the right is a stamp I carved of the 2nd oldest one-room schoolhouse in Maine. It is the final stamp in a 4 stamp series at the location.

In geocaching there are items called Travel Bugs that travel around from cache to cache or geocacher to geocacher. They usually have a goal and are trackable. I made 3 last Sept to send off...

Shrimp Sashimi named "Moshi Moshi". Goal is to race "Ni Hao" to Asia (Goal completed for both of them, Moshi Moshi won but barely)

California Roll Maki named "Ni Hao"

I also made a fortune cookie named "O-mikuji". It's goal is that when it is placed a cache, or changes hands, that the placer writes a fortune on it's tracking page. That fortune is then for the next person. When they place it then they write a fortune....and so on...

Pics that may be coming later...or not.
*I have carved many stamps for letterboxing lately. Pics will have to come later as most of them are out in the world now and I only have the relief images.
*I crocheted a dishcloth for my grandmother as she requested.
*Lipbalms are continuously being made when needed. My last batch was for part of a hostess gift and gift swap at a party. I made both Bubble Gum and Cherry Berry for that time around.
*So far I have made 2 felt cinnamon rolls and bowtie pasta for my niece (which I have yet to give to her).
*Crocheted 3 tiny flower pins out of crochet thread
*Cross-stitched the geocaching.com logo to turn into a pin or patch
*Over 300 Marble Magnets. Some for no reason but 90% of them are Mickey Mouse ones as my geocaching signature items
*Wooden Nickels for geocaching made with wooden blanks and my letterboxing signature stamp.
*Unscented Lotion Bars for Xmas. I used a martha stewart party mold I had found at TJMaxx on clearance for 70 cents!

Currently I am working on Xmas and Bday gifts before I move onto any other projects

Ok, Christmas crafting list......

1. Stockings for Z and myself.
2. Paper mache mushroom for this year's production of Willy Wonka, KIDS!  This is a prototype for parents to copy and make more of!  Cheesy
3. Crocheted shrug for myself.
4. Z's sweater....  I'm working on the first sleeve.  It will be a Christmas miracle if I finish it for him this year!

I have some other Christmas gifts I'm thinking about crafting but I'm not sure if they'll get done with play rehearsal starting this coming week.  My list is up to 33...  tomorrow will make at least 34, possibly 35.  Cheesy  I'm getting there!  lol

I was going to make DH a "I'm not getting older, I'm just levelling up" tshirt for his bday last weekend, but instead I made this. (it was easier for my first freezer papee stencil!)
please excuse the phone photo, I'll try and get an action shot later.

mellybelly, that looks great for your first stencil!

I have a few more items to add to my list! A steering wheel cover I made for sheepBlue, and two batches of biscotti I made for Thanksgiving.

Yay! Can't wait to get the wheel cover, my poor hands freeze on my car steering wheel now that it's getting really cold!

It's been way overdue for me to post some things I've been working on. So I'll just do the highlights  Grin

Pay it Forward Mini Artwork - had some fun with these  Smiley

A custom horse themed pouch - I'm really proud of it because this was the first time I actually attempted to "paint" with fabric paint rather than just doing stencils.

And the highlights of some screen printed shirts, more pictures at THIS POST  Grin
