I haven't been real chatty for many months now, but I have been crafting in the background! Here is an update...
*I have been making logbooks for letterboxing lately, and I hope that they will be known as my signature (not the stamp that is). Here are 2 examples of the logbooks. They are paintchips, index cards, rubber bands and driftwood sticks. The sticks are special to me because I gathered them in NH at a favorite spot while on a trip with my family and my dog. That trip was special because less then a week later we learned we had to put our dog down. So crafting with these sticks makes me remember that wonderful last trip with Lexis. The image on the logbook on the right is a stamp I carved of the 2nd oldest one-room schoolhouse in Maine. It is the final stamp in a 4 stamp series at the location.

In geocaching there are items called Travel Bugs that travel around from cache to cache or geocacher to geocacher. They usually have a goal and are trackable. I made 3 last Sept to send off...
Shrimp Sashimi named "Moshi Moshi". Goal is to race "Ni Hao" to Asia (Goal completed for both of them, Moshi Moshi won but barely)

California Roll Maki named "Ni Hao"

I also made a fortune cookie named "O-mikuji". It's goal is that when it is placed a cache, or changes hands, that the placer writes a fortune on it's tracking page. That fortune is then for the next person. When they place it then they write a fortune....and so on...
Pics that may be coming later...or not.*I have carved many stamps for letterboxing lately. Pics will have to come later as most of them are out in the world now and I only have the relief images.
*I crocheted a dishcloth for my grandmother as she requested.
*Lipbalms are continuously being made when needed. My last batch was for part of a hostess gift and gift swap at a party. I made both Bubble Gum and Cherry Berry for that time around.
*So far I have made 2 felt cinnamon rolls and bowtie pasta for my niece (which I have yet to give to her).
*Crocheted 3 tiny flower pins out of crochet thread
*Cross-stitched the geocaching.com logo to turn into a pin or patch
*Over 300 Marble Magnets. Some for no reason but 90% of them are Mickey Mouse ones as my geocaching signature items
*Wooden Nickels for geocaching made with wooden blanks and my letterboxing signature stamp.
*Unscented Lotion Bars for Xmas. I used a martha stewart party mold I had found at TJMaxx on clearance for 70 cents!
Currently I am working on Xmas and Bday gifts before I move onto any other projects
