Hey--I am moving in!

I am so stealing the idea of lining the back of the bookcases...really sets off the items on the shelf...love your monster toys...I had a whole set that I gave away and now I miss them...

The web lighting is also very interesting...I bet people come over all the time...you have quite the art collection, as well!!

Well our front room has space to sleep 5 just on furniture as the love seat makes a full sizes pull out.  We also intend to get another twin bed set up in the art room with storage under it.
We had our first party Saturday the !3th and this Saturday (oct 20th) I am hosting the band CYLAB for the promotion company I work for, Oct is our social season the way other people throw parties in Dec.  I will also be hosting a Blacker Than Black Friday boycot and pasta potluck next month..lol

I have a whole pile of things, most in pieces, others awaiting pictures, but I have two things I can share:

I have a market on Friday, so I'm running around like a chook with it's head cut off right now, but at least I'll have lots to share!

I have a project that is long overdue and on my original list! A nice, big pincushion!




oh and does anyone have any tips for "sticky" pins? These awesome heart pins are sharp and long, but seem to drag a bit through the fabric.

I think my Gran used to keep her pins in soap to help them glide through the fabric..but I've not done it, so not sure...
