In other news, I finished my first sock tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!  The second is now in progress. I also have yarn for my next pair... or 5.

Here's my latest creation. Well, I actually stopped working on it a while ago and just today I decided that it's done. Funny how that works sometimes. It's my first real embroidery hoop. I started it back when one of our monthly challenges was to make something in a crafting medium that we've never done before.

I didn't paint the trees they were already printed on the panels, they're glittery too

I have a pair in progress but its slow progress at the moment.

I think I'm going to buy myself some oilcloth and make a rain hat, I don't like to carry an umbrella and I'm pretty sick of looking like a drowned rat every time I leave the house!

OOH excitement! The extra metre of plumbing pipe I needed to make my hula hoop was delivered today  I now have a hoop to play with, need some coloured tapes to decorate in now and some sunshine!!

There have been so many inspiring awesome projects posted here but I've been so bogged down by school it was hard to keep up with it all. Just know you all are fabulous and I love the craftster community so much for keeping the creativity going in me even when I didn't have enough energy to do it for myself! Anyway, today is my last technical day of school and I'm feeling a little sad about it, but happy that I'll have that thing call "free time" again. I've made a bunch of stuff but have lost track of it all sort of so I'll post what I have pictures of as a small recap of what I've been up to in my time of radio silence lol. There's a bunch more that can be found on my blog for details and whatnot, I'm just not sure I'm up to making separate posts about everything hah.

Multiples project - I crocheted 80 "barnacle" forms (made up the pattern sort of), felted and dyed them. Lots more pictures on the blog.







Giant sewn key - not my favorite project and frustrating to construct by far but at least it looks like a key! It's about 3 ft in length!



My final installation project!! Made from clothes, pvc pipe, and wire. Lots more detail on concept and pictures in my blog.







And I few hooplas I did in spare time 





I finished my Dr Who TM bag too! But I want to get a few more pictures before I post it. Soon!! I'm back yay!
