The wrap is beautiful. It looks so delicate and soft.
And the crocodile stitch bag looks fun.

What a Cute Cheshire Cat Cushion! (Talk about alliteration.)

fantasticmio, you have been a busy little bee! I love the colors of the wrap, very spring-y! Are the hat/scarf sets going to charity as well?

Yes!  They're going to Little Hats That Grew in Hamilton, Ontario.  They collect hats, scarves, and mittens/gloves for elementary school aged children who need them.

Hey!! I'm in Hamilton!!  Well, Stoney Creek, but still....I always wondered if there were charities around here.  I gave to the NICU at Mac when my son was there but that was about it.  Thanks for the name fantasticmio!!

I'm from Hamilton (east end, lower city) but live in Etobicoke now. My charity stuff there is via my mom's sorority. The blankets are going to Neighbour To Neighbour.

This all started when I was first learning to crochet. Mom's sorority decided to knit and crochet for charity, but mom did neither. She offered to buy the yarn if I'd make scarves (rectangles were about all I could do at that point).  I jumped at the chance because I had very little money and couldn't afford to buy yarn - this charity project allowed me to try out different stitches and techniques without spending any money.

Mom got me the Knifty Knitter round looms for Christmas one year after I spotted them at Michaels and suggested they'd be good for making hats.

Anyhow, things are a bit different now, but a large percentage of my stash is yarn we (yes, I'm buying the yarn now, too!) have earmarked for charity.

Actually, the sheer size of the charity stash is the reason I've been making so many blankets lately... I feel bad because it's not doing anyone any good in yarn form!

'mio those blankets/bag/scarves/wrap are all so pretty! I love a good multi coloured yarn that has nice long colour runs!

And zombiecazz, that CC pillow is awesome. My son thought it was Toothless and wanted me to make him one. Like he doesn't have enough Toothlesses already (plus the hat I promised him and forgot about - oops!)

I made a quick little magnet today. Magnetism is one of the challenges for this round of Nerd Wars, so I thought I'd make a Soot Sprite from Totoro. I didn't have black novelty yarn though, so it's more of a fuzzy dust ball. Still cute though.

Well I finished all the girl's easter dresses, but they didn't want to wear them on Monday, so I put them away for now, maybe Mother's day, or a night we decide to go for dinner and they need a dressy outfit.

I finished my Mom's dress and just need to trim threads.
I finished my Nascar capri's
I'm almost done my red blouse - need to add the temporary decorations
