My partner, Jenna_Gayle, just posted some photos of the package I sent her for the FLOW! swap.  She made a request for a set of poi and clothing that she could wear while hooping.

In the spirit of festivals, I crocheted her a huge hood based on a pattern I found over at Ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/fully-custom-hooded-scarf).  I also made her a set of arm cuffs and set of poi.

I also crocheted her a belt based on this pattern, also found on Ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/bellydance-fringe-belt).  I'm so glad she was able to post an action shot!

As for the other crafts I worked on last month, I don't know if I'll get to taking photos and now I can't even remember what I made so I won't bother counting them.

AND, I RECEIVED MY SURPRISES FROM ALWAYSINMYROOM FOR THE JANUARY DRAW!!  I had totally forgotten about them until the package arrived yesterday.  I'll be sure to take some photos but in the meantime, she made me an awesome fabric basket using a calming colour scheme and also sent me a couple of skeins of organic cotton yarn!  Thanks Always!  You really spoiled me with buying organic and the basket is absolutely beautiful!

Nifty belt! And I love the colors in the hood.
The monster pouch makes me grin, I love the hats, the racing themed bedroom is so cool! Lucky kid!
And I know there's so much more, this thread grows so fast! I'm having a hard time keeping up. I'm so busy right now I can't check in as often as I'd like.
Thanks for the kind words on the Airship pirates boxes! I've got two ready for my con table, and I'd like to do two or three more, if I have the time. I need to go supply shopping...again. Roll Eyes

Great DW wallet, smashu...not a DW fan, but love the construction and style.  Well done.

Also love the monster frog pouches, and that pic with the crochet belt is so whimsical - I love it!

A few items I've finished.

Shamrock slippers, took me nearly two weeks. I remember a time when I could have had these finished before the kids got up for school in the morning.  Undecided

Three Two little bunnies with happy faces!

There used to be three, but one was claimed and given a good home.

Purple Divine hat.

And my hoodie/not hoodie.  We found this at the thrift shop the other day, I fell in love with the color and the fabric, so soft and warm.

I love hoodies, but hate pull over anything. So what do you, a Craftster chic, do when you have something you love but it does not quite work for you? Cut it, of course.

Put a new zipper in and voila!

Of course the fabric shop did not have a long enough zipper but I pushed on any way, happy with what I had.

Until I got the the much large fabric shop in the next town over, where they had much longer zippers in the color I need.

I guess I will be replacing this zipper with a longer one.  Roll Eyes

But check it out! My new hoodie!  Grin

Love the crochet belt...actually, the whole swap package!  Glad you liked the rest of your prize package! Cheesy  I enjoy making fabric baskets and since I am trying to destash fabric, it worked out!  ha ha and I get to count it as one of my 50 projects! Smiley  I also learned a lot about organic yarns...it sort of scares me now that so much of our commercial yarns come from other countries and is not really monitored...

The frog pouches are so clever!  I am sure anybody would love keeping change or other keepsakes in there.

k-star--you might have yourself a little side business going...HATS!  Love the new one with the brim.

smashu--the Dr. Who travel wallet is wonderful!  I really like the adipose on the inside!
