I made my coworker a bag for his girl friend. He got into a scuffle and ruined his shirt. I've never met her before and I have no idea her style, so I went for a messenger bag. The fabric was awful to work with, but it's done!

Peacock lining.

Cool shirt!

I just finished 3 broaches for a hat and a hatband/necklace. I think I already mentioned completing a hat. It all just went out in the mail though so I won't have pics for a while.

those storage bags are great I think I need some of those.

The police shirt bag is great too, I was reading the story and going whats your coworkers shirt getting ruined got to do with the bag you made, then I scrolled down.... Aaaahhhh!

Nice quilt Mel, but I hate to tell you that pregnancy brain turns into baby brain and things are still more complicated to make than need be (and you sometimes lose the ability to speak in sentences, even to speak actual proper words!)

Looking for teal/turquoise/aqua, grey and white (or a combo) fabric for a quilt.

My son loves Peppa Pig's brother George and Raa Raa the noisy lion.

It is a hat fest! Cheesy

Also, the toddler shirt is hilarious!  It would also be suited for a couple of the people I work with...

Mel--you car seat turned out wonderful!  I made a quilt using that fabric a while back!  I used that pattern for a baby quilt but I added a few more rows...still have to find some backing!

Wow--a bit scary that you used a police shirt after he got in a scuffle!  At least you made something that is useful and pretty from it...hope he was ok!

The cow storage bags look useful...I bet they would be great for storing yarn or extra fabric.

Thanks for the comments on the quilt. I'm really pleased with out it turned out. If I had extra money lying around I'd go buy more fabric and make some as baby gifts, but that will just have to wait.

I'm just a bit overwhelmed with life right now, and have missed commenting on pages and pages of wonderfulness. You guys keep me going I swear, even just to do a little bit of stitching at night to relax. I have a few things to share but have no clue when I'll have time or energy to get pictures up. Soon I hope. Keep going guys! I'm silently rooting for team craft!

I got a few more projects done for the pups.

First a pillow/bed for Lola's crate

Home made dog biscuits, which also led me to making my own coconut flakes because I could not find unsweetened ones

Treat jars for both mine and my boyfriend's pups

and a quick pic of Midas my boyfriend's pup so you know who I'm talking about.  Cheesy
