ChrisSews great Maternity shirts though I do love the grey one... may have to try adapting some of my huge old shirts like that

I lost the weight but can't afford a new wardrobe and still hope to lose 40+ pounds so I am hesitant to make too many new things from scratch so I have been taking in old things and adapting a few new ones to wear.  I have some great leggings I bought on sale and same with a lot of nice light weight tops I have but I have to have SOMETHING like a long shirt or skirt over my belly so I bought Men's 2X A line tank tops and I have been adding different material to the bottom and wearing them with shirts over them.
It is a really simple craft but I plan to try some more complicated alterations soon

trinalocakary you have done so well with your weight loss and you're looking great   I've been reading your blog about your journey. Keep up the good work and best of luck with losing the rest.
I like that you're adjusting your old clothes & adapting new ones to work for you. The lace on the hem of the tanktop is a nice touch, I might have to steal that idea myself and make some of my tops a little dressier.

I just ordered a set of metal stamps from amazon and I can't wait to play with them!!

I am having a lot of fun playing with it.  I can't wait to see what you do with them, if your ink stamping is any indication!

kwiltykate--the baby dress is sweet!  I wish I had a little girl to sew for...I am in a craftalong with Abbeeroad since I am mostly sewing for boys!  There are some wonderful things for boys, but I still wish I could do some girly things!

trinalocakary: those lanterns are cool! And great blog. I only read the one page, but great tip on the glass paint! And how did you get your wall black? Is that just fabric? I wanted navy blue walls in my apartment living room, but it came in white and we're not allowed to paint.
