I made a glitter Christmas house today

The top comes off and it looks really cute with an electric tea light inside. It's a lot more glittery in person, I really need to make a light box soon....  Roll Eyes

I absolutely love love quilts, do you think an afghan is a fair trade for a quilt? I'd love to swap!

Oh, I like the glitter house! My mom has a little village scene of them, and I've often thought I should make some of my own. Your house is really cute!

fantasticmio - you're aptly named, that afghan is fantastic and you've done it so FAST! I've been seeing progress pics pop up on the crochet board & it amazes me how fast you work  Grin

The little xmas house is cute, my Mum would love something like that on her holiday display  Smiley

I'm currently working on a doily. It's only 21 rounds and I started it yesterday but it has about a GAZILLION picots so it's taking me longer than I expected  Wink

fantasticmio, that blanket is gorgeous!  I can't even imagine how long that took...

Thanks!  It only took 8 days! Grin

I love that blanket! And I just have to ask where you found the pattern
I made it up... mostly to prove it could be done.  I'll be working on writing up the pattern today.

I can't wait to see the pattern Mio!!  I've done knitted cables before but for the life of me crocheted cables are just confusing as all get out!  I can't seem to figure them out and I've been crocheting a lot longer than I've been knitting!

Here are some PJs I made for a friend's son.

Woohoo!!  Audio received my swap items for the Terribly Important SOB swap!  I can share!!

First up are these two "treasure chests"...I counted them as one crafted item on my list since neither were all that difficult to make.
This simple alien vessel filled whimsies and baubles and doo-dads!

This PINK felt pouch.

A felt feather necklace and a scrappy tassel.  Also counted as one item on my 50 items list.

These altered corks.

And finally...this Teesha Moore inspired wall hanging.  It was my first and totally addicting.  I love having a craft that travels well.  Plus, I think I'm going to start using up all my scraps to make TM patches that I will then throw in a bin for random use.

What an adorable little Christmas House.  fantasticmio, WOW!  You created the pattern.  It looks so fab!   I love the pattern and the color scheme.
