I made this blanket for my nephew using the Special Delivery Pattern from Coats and Clark. It was supposed to be 37 x 37, but my pregnancy brain messed up and it ended up being 27 x 37. It should work good for a car seat blanket if nothing else though.

I used 1.5 skeins of Bernet Softee Baby in Denim Marl and half a skein of Bernet Softee in Lemon.

I don't know if this counts as doing something new, as I've been crocheting for awhile, but I did learn two new techniques while making this blanket. I learned how to carry over yarn while doing stripes and I learned the reverse single crochet stitch! 

Also this is my third project completed in February.

And going back further...love the kimchi, the hip scarves, and the fluffy sheep.

I've been doing some painting lately...definitely a new craft for me!  Can't post pics yet though because they are swap items....going to England.  Pics won't make it before end of Feb I bet.  Oh well...I'm having loads of fun!

I have a bunch of swap stuff done but I have to wait to send it. I tried making some new things I've never done before and I'm very happy with how everything turned out! I can't wait for my partner to receive it

Thank you for your compliments on the sheep everyone! They are made of roving yarn, so that is what gives them their "fluffiness".

And I love those 80s goodies Somehow I was never into Muppets, but that Kermit ami is so adorable!!! And that Turtles cup cozy!! I need a Rapahel one :p
And I feel stupid because I always thought that cup cozies are kinda useless, even though I end up drinking cold tea and coffee everyday because I'm so sloooow.

Oh...and I'm glad someone brought TM stuff up... I only knew the bags and always wondered what TM style is exactly ^^;

This is a messenger bag made using a vintage table runner. I have plans for more like this, including one using a large tabel mat that has the most delicate ivy leaf applique on it.
