I eat the way you do the eyes on your sock monkey. So cute! Do you use a attack for your monkeys?

I actually finished a project about a week ago, but still have not gotten pictures taken yet. As soon as i do I'll post it.

I know exactly what new technique I'm going to be tackling for this month's challenge!! We just learned how to wet felt and needle felt in class this week and I am so pumped to give it a try. I'm surprised that I got so excited about needle felting...dont get me wrong I'm still terrified I'm going to stab myself but excited too  Cheesy

I have been absent from my favorite thread! I got paranoid that I was leaving people out of the challenges so I went back and checked again--all 162 pages of January!!!  I now have a good list and will pop it into the random generator this weekend...I went out and got a few more prizes and some prizes are ordered and will get here in 3-5 days! YAY!

I eat it when dreadfullydivine posts because it is like a mini catch-up for me!  So, double what she said...I have been eating the February projects and hope to catch up Sunday!

In the meantime, I am so impressed with the Eagle Scout quilt!  I eat quilts that have such a good memory attached..and, I concur: rottenlittleboys, your boy turned out not so rotten! Grin

eat the shrug!!!!  It has nice sleeves and is better fitted than a lot I have seen...beautiful work!

I know what a sprocket pillow is now...I definitely want some of those!

k-star--eat the tunic--the sleeves are funky!

and, the fairy tale drawings are fantastic!!  I think the freckles and the mismatched ears give such personailty to your drawings! Whoever is closest slap her head for saying her drawings are getting worst!!!!  You are developing a style that is adorable!!

kim-cheeeeeeee!!  I eat the stuff...I learned to make it when I was in college from my Mom...I loved stinking up my dorm room, but everyone came to see me to pig out on it!  I have a pickle press as well, but I use an upside down plate and a large stone since I make huge batches...it keeps so well...what kind of bacteria could live in that heat and stink? Grin  mmmm kim-chee soup sounds like a great thing to make this weekend!

I have made tons of stuff but my camera software is not cooperating...first my camera went bad, now the software...

Carry on...and be sure to check out the search for another Master Crafter!  The loot is to die for!!  I did it the first year and got a Brother Embroidery Sewing Machine, every thread color in the world, stabilizers, software, patterns...it changed my crafting forever!

I will post a link in a second...here ya go!! DO IT!!!

My unicorn zombie apocalypse and giveaway items have been received so I post them now!!

First up are my giveaway items.  Cheesy
I made Lindy's daughter a pennant necklace inspired by a pin but I used vinyl samples for the little flags and chain instead of felt and twine. http://zakkalife.blogspot.com/2011/06/craft-camp-at-skip-to-my-lou.html

I also made her this little snap pouch from this attack. http://sewtimeless.net/?p=502  I accidentally sewed it wrong.  Oops. The stripe was supposed to run down the middle of flap...but it worked out okay I think.  Especially since the stripe wound up defining the flap fold.  Grin

And here are my unicorn zombie apocalypse items.

For Mindy (onegroovyday) I made these two hoops for the Pinterest unicorn zombie apocalypse.  I'm not normally a hoop person but these seemed within my grasp.

Silvermoon, the ninja TM patch is awfully cute.

Kwiltykate, I am amazed at your quilting skills!  And that sock monkey is adorable!

I wish I was skilled with the glue and scissors!  That Master Crafter deal looks RAAR grr ugggh, but alas my skills do not extend to the paper realm.  Cheesy

That is the cutest birdie ever!!

Also, I think using the vinyl was a great idea for a necklace!  You make such cute things...

I also don't think you have to use paper in that...I am sure junggrl told us that today...

It's getting really hard not to add things to my list... all these great projects!  I've always wanted to make sock monkeys, and that one is so cute!

Got my husband to take some pics for me, excuse the weird angle and my facial expressions (he didn't tell me when he was snapping the picture), I know it's not the most flattering for me (I hate pics of me, anyway).  No, wait, that's not me, it's... um, my friend I had over to model.  But that means I'm responsible for the wonky angle, so... hmmm, that doesn't work...  Anyway!

Project 7 (I went back and counted the teapot cross-stitch as done since I sent it off as it was!) : Pink and black hipscarf for me.  This was a WIP from last year, it's the ENTIRE Josephine hip scarf pile of flesh with a modified tassel fringe.  It is huge.  I'm not a small girl and the thing is really too big for me.  But it's soft and fuzzy and I do eat it.  Made from Rainbow Boucle.

Project 8: Red two-piece hipscarf.  Design inspired when a friend crocheted just the first part of the Josephine Hip Scarf pile of flesh for a baby shower gift, and we were holding it up and realized... two of them would make an RAAR grr ugggh belt!  The back piece is a few rows larger (for obvious reasons) and the ties are completely different.  Made with Rainbow Boucle.

Project 9: Ice blue hipscarf (for a friend), WIP from last year.  I thought I'd like the sparkly yarn (again, Rainbow Boucle), but it's a lot stiffer.  I also used a bigger hook, and then had to kinda wing/modify the pile of flesh when it started to cup too much.  Slightly small on me since the person it's made for is smaller...

Project 10: Turquoise hip scarf.  I started and finished this one before the 10th scarf, but I pulled several rows out so it has all the final modifications to the pile of flesh.  I changed rows 3 and 4 and omitted row 5 because the top center had a habit of "pooching" out a bit, then changed the repeats so the the scarf flared more (so it would sit better around the top of my hips and flare for mt rear end).  I'm very happy with the fit of this one, though it is for a friend, so it's too small for me to keep.  Ah, well, I'll have to make more, I guess... after I finish the 5 others I promised other people...  D:

Project 11: Brown and burgundy hip scarf.  For a friend.  Not the perfect modification (I changed the top and repeats on this one, but the way I changed the repeats caused it to flare a little too much!), but it's still nice.

I started another brown and burgundy with a larger hook, but I think I'm going to pull it all out.  I really don't like the way the larger hook makes it look.  Then I have a dark blue to make, and both red and olive two-piece ones (which are actually much faster!)... and a smaller ice blue (kid sized, for a friend's kid who dances with us!)... and one other, color TBD.  And then the NEXT one will be my perfect hip scarf, for me!

I'm also in the middle of a month-long art(ish) project, drawing and sending out a postcard a day for the Month of Letters challenge.  Wheeee!
