Ooh I love that dreamcatcher! My mom used to make them, and I want to reteach myself how to do it. I love that it was made with mostly natural materials. The grapevine worked out wonderfully!

Oh and just wanted to throw in my two cents: The Abhorsen trilogy is awesome. Read it years ago and now that you guys brought it up I want to go reread it again.  Wink

I love the sleepsack, I actually bought one a few weeks ago for Daysie  Tongue

And the dreamcatchers are awesome!!! My twins love them, they've broken theirs and now they're in my room quite a bit, need to replace theirs.

I absolutely love love quilts, do you think an afghan is a fair trade for a quilt? I'd love to swap!

Use what talent you possess - the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best

My partner, goldfishpollywog, in the One Smallish Functional Stuffie swap received this weekend!  YAY YAY!  Now I can share with you all what I made her!

And you can soon tell that I couldn't just make one small functional stuffie.

A magnetic squirrel, great for attracting hair clips, bobby pins, and other miscellaneous metal objects.  The magnet in his belly is super strong and big, thus he looks like he is storing a whole bunch of nuts in his belly for winter.

Next is a gold fish pouch for her earbuds inspired by her pinterest.

Chewie, the wookie cookie MP3 holder w/ lanyard and stormtrooper charm made of shrinky dink.  My husband found a super funny picture of a cup as hon solo and this cookie and I knew I needed to make it for my partner.  The artist is Philip Tseng.

And Paploo, the Ewok glasses holder!  He's my favorite.  ^_^

jillybeans, have I ever told you how much you intimidate me? Your creativity make me feel boring. LOL! Your stuffies are amazing! I especially love the squirrel. It is just too adorable! You had a very lucky partner. Very lucky. And I like the way you presented them with the tags. So nice. Touches like that set them apart! phenominal job!

Star Wars stuffies.  And they are functional.  Does it get any better than that?
