The blue scarf is made of Bernat Mosaic which is 100% acrylic.  I have no idea why I'm allergic to it, but it is so unfair.

I made a tree skirt for my little pink Christmas tree. The background green got a little washed out, it's a bit darker in person. Their are four triangles all together, 2 of each color.



A little late for this year, but it's done for next year at least!

I think it is not as soft as you would think and some people are allergic to the dyes...most wool allergies are to the lanolin and not the wool itself...you are lucky that you have yarns you can work with...

The blue scarf is so lovely!  I also like the warm comfy feel of your tweedy one!

Last night I made 2 sheets of scrapbook paper's worth of origami stars. In the Random Swap back in the fall, someone sent a garland made of them, which inspired me. I'm thinking about using the ones I made out of the tye-dye print paper to make a necklace for a friend who has a birthday next weekend, but I'm not sure. I'm going to consider the stars an "ongoing" project, since I have no idea yet how many I want to make.

I finished a slouchy hat for ME this afternoon! I need to get new batteries for my camera, so pics will come later. I also started knitting my first hat. I'm taking a hat class at my LYS soon, but I figured I'd try out the pattern early.  I'm using a size 8 circular instead of 7 (what the pattern wants), mostly so that I know I won't have anything on the needles when the class starts (on Tues). I'll let you know how it turns out!

It's Bernat Mosaic, to which I'm allergic, but I love it so much it was totally worth the itchy hands and buzzy tongue.

  I can think of nothing worse than to be allergic to such a fabulous yarn. That's a real horror story for me - we all know how much I love that yarn!

But the scarves are lovely. And the tree skirt is cute.

And I started making TM pillows, which I can't share because they are for a swap (I still think organising a swap should count as a project, especially my first one lol) but they are so quick and fun to do I'm sure there will be more soon.

I have a rainbow ninja, and a painted wedding rock planned for this weekend, so hopefully I'll finally be able to post pictures in here!

Silvermoon, I hear you on the organizing a swap. I took over the reins for the Ongoing Pinterest Swap and while I'm having fun it is a lot more work than I imagined.  Of course, perhaps choosing a swap that is ongoing has something to do with that.  Hah!
