Missing Willow, I love your house!  I've been wanting to make one for my daughter but don't even know where to begin.  I imagine dedicating myself to an ongoing project would somehow be character building and I like the idea of stock-piling every little tidbit I come across.

I completely failed last year but I have already made a great start this year (for me!). I have now forgotten half the things I had on my mental list so I will be coming back to edit this later

Ohhhh! A soup sock is a bowl cozy! I was so confused . Such a neat idea. I need one of those for pulling bowls out of the microwave.

Craftsy - your list intrigues me! What kind of Land Rover cross stitch are you making? Also, I've been obsessed with leather wrap bracelets lately. They are so fun. 

I finished another project! A knit baby vest for a girlfriend. I think it turned out cute but without thinking, I knit it with malabrigo worsted... which has to be hand washed . Doh! Just what a new mom has plenty of time to do.

I'm trying to get back into knitting and crochet, so all of your yarnie projects are very inspiring!  I started on some knitted dishtowels tonight for a swap.

I'm just hand sewing buttons onto some Thomas shirts for my nieces for tomorrow's birthday party, hoping to get all the buttons done tonight, then it's just hems tomorrow and I do those on the machine.  As soon as that's done, I plan to make the sewing machine cover and the cricut cover and then the shelf cover - probably not during the weekend because I work, but by next Wednesday my craft room should be organized and clean.

A friend of mine's ex fiance left at least 200 of these

wired bead sprays in red, clear and black crystals and I have made a couple a crowns for me and Alex my DH and I intend to make at least one more now that you inspire me nooo.  I will post pics of mine soon when we are in costume on Saturday for a dark fairy tale party.

Here is how she made them... wow what a lot of effort but she refused to talk to him after she married his friend one week later (DRAMA... who needs TV?) so I feel no guilt for using them.

By the way... I did my own version of the bouquet by hand with mixed bead, crystals and wire wrapped dice that I like much better

#3 - 6 x felt owl stuffies

Very easy to make. Cut out an owl, wing & break shapes. And use buttons for eyes. I lightly stuffed then with hobby fill
