hmmmm pregnancy advent? Wink

I knew you'd think that was fishy Smiley! I made one for my first girlfriend that got pregnant, now all my prego (or soon to be prego) gfs want one.

Each week, I make a special little card or craft for mom-to-be to open. The craft corresponds to the size their baby is that week... in fruit terms! 7 weeks... This week your baby is the size of a blueberry, 12 weeks... your baby is the size of a lime, etc.

To streamline the process a bit, I think I might do every two weeks and make little shrinky dink fruit ornaments and a tree that they can hang them on as they open each one up. I'd like to use matchboxes as the actual calendar part.

We'll see!

I use google chrome as my browser...it allows you to just select the pages you want after looking at the preview...I am not sure how other browsers work, but most allow you to select which pages you want...you can copy and paste into notepad, but you will lose your images if you keep those there as well...

Let me see if I can find a way for you...

ha ha Lime--just teasing...but that is an awesome idea!  When sweets4ever was preggo, I made her some pregnancy cards using a deck of cards...I altered them to say things like "Good for One Foot rub"..."Get me some Ice Cream, Please!"...poor Mr. Sweets4ever had to abide by the cards! Cheesy

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

I started the shrug for me today (I finally managed to get a circular needle today - 404 stitches really don't fit on straight needles  Shocked ) but it's taking over 40 mins to do one row, so going to take FOR EVER to get done  Roll Eyes luckily after 4" the number of stiches is halved Cheesy
