Thanks guys!  It was fun writing up a few tutorials as I sewed.  Now I have time to get to a few other things on my to-do list.  At least I was able to cross off a few sewn ones.   Smiley

I have to try the bacon jam. Mr. Bean will probably love me forever if I made it.

According to the DC#, my second cushion cover was received yesterday. So, here it is! I found the mandala on a free coloring website, then added the colors myself. The yellow is a bit hard to see in the pic (which I took before the final iron), but it stands out more in real life. This was all done in backstitch, since that's what I know how to do.  Roll Eyes

Cute pillow, indigo!  I love how you made the colors look like they fade into each other!

Beautiful pillow!
And I love the draining mat -- what a clever idea.

Got called to teach all week so not much crafting, but the paycheck will be nice.  Also found out my truck will only be $75 to fix, yahoo.  Maybe I'll be able to get my 2nd teeth fixed earlier than I anticipated.  Hoping for another 5-10 teaching days before the end of June.

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

I've been quiet, but VERY busy! Sewing bridal shop alterations, and gardening. At least trying to get the garden growing! It's already getting too hot to grow much here. I planted strawberries, and they wilted! So, I put a screen over them, and have been keeping them wet-hoping they'll make a come-back.
We have little ground snakes here... a rosy orange color with a creamy yellow underside. They don't get more than 18 inches long, and harmless. I saw one in it's entirety today! Usually i only see a small bit as they move so fast.
Purchased a very old, elaborately detailed outdoor chaise today. It is identical to one we had from years gone by, lost over 25 yrs ago by mom "loaning it". A neighbor had it, and I picked it up for $80.00!!! Minus cushion. Good news... The handmade mattress I made my daughter when she needed an emergency bed, is now given a new home... I got it back today, and put it on the chaise! Project to do... Refinish the metal and perhaps alter the pad a wee bit. Or... consider it as a rustic, and leave it alone?
Katara... Sock Monkeys galore... Yes!!! Love- Love- Love!
As for all the other lovely projects, the taxidermy magnets have to be my faves!
But there's so many other cool projects... I just can't backtrack thru 10 pages right now!
