LOL! He has the Bug's Life slippers on with the pillow. I was smart and started collecting photos for my daughter's graduation next year. She also has a pic with Bug's Life slippers.

Love the sweater, that1girl!

I haven't posted that many comments lately (computer's been a pain, I think it's time to start looking for a new one), but everyone's projects have been awesome! Cheesy

So many more pages of amazing things!  It's great to see that it's May and people haven't lost their motivation!

I've completed a few things, but very shortly I'm going to delve into a project of DOOM which I unfortunately only have 3 weeks to complete...  D:

I made some homemade dog biscuits and some rope toys for friend. I also made her an altered tin of her dog:

aimr - how did you make the dog biscuits? Our dog is allergic to beef and lamb so since we can't afford the fancy vet biscuits that are just chicken, he doesn't get biscuits

Looking for teal/turquoise/aqua, grey and white (or a combo) fabric for a quilt.

My son loves Peppa Pig's brother George and Raa Raa the noisy lion.

The dog biscuit contains no meat.  Here is the simple recipe I used:

http://www.bullwrinkle.com/Assets/Recipes/Milk%20Bone%20Dog%20Biscuits.htm

If you use their search, there are also peanut butter biscuits!  My dog loves them!

katara--I line mine only because the lining takes all of the stress off the hand stitching...I don't want anything potentially creating holes between the pieces and I do like a clean look inside.

katara - I line my bags too. It gives it a neater look rather than having the backs of all the patches exposed, as well as reinforcing the bag itself like AIMR said.

AIMR - dare I say those dog biscuits look yummy? lol. In any case I bet the pooch who is getting them will love them.

Abbee - love the wookie plush! lol. It captures Chewie's personality perfectly.

So I've been busy this week opening my etsy shop!!! (Not advertising, just have to share the excitement!) But now I find myself flooded by requests for one specific bag which is a bit of a bummer as I only had one and now it's going to take me a while to make more. So I'm going to be buried deep in scrap fabrics and embroidery floss and polyfill til I can bang some more bags out! Will someone check on me once in a while to make sure I don't get buried alive lol.
