Phew!  you guys had me working this morning!

Please check page 1 for a link to your list...if any are incorrect, please PM me--do NOT post in the thread please!

I love how everyone is fitting the list to what works for them...remember, if you hate lists, just find a spot and add the finished project as you go!  You will be amazed to see what you get done in a short period of time!

A few admin reminders:
Projects must be CRAFT-related...I mean, I want to lose 10 pounds, but unless I am crafting a journal, this is not a project for this forum! Cheesy

Please post pics of your projects if you can or provide links to what you made...only pictured items will be counted towards challenges, unless you let me know if they are for a swap...

Since this is a HUGE craftalong, I appreciate all of you returning members answering and helping out the newbies...that would be awesome!  I am here regularly, but I might have missed a question or concern...

Also, a tip:  if you put your link in your signature, you can always get to your list quickly...but page one is here this year so that should help!

Challenges, old and new are on the second post...I can see that many of you are off to a great start already!

I truly thought I would be the first to post a 2012 finished project...WRONG! ha ha...I did manage to get two done and will post those...

I have already added a few projects that were posted on my paper list that I will add later...

Craft on and have fun, everyone!  I feel like we are thoroughbreds, off to our races!!!

I finished my first project last night and will try to get a picture or two up tonight. I tried out hairpin lace and it is sooo easy! I really like it too, but can't do it for too long because my fingers start getting cramped up!  Cheesy

I'll have to change my sig and add a link, good idea. The woodburned cutting boards are such a smart idea! Cute, too. Love the necklace-wow, there's already so many projects posted!
Here's mine, which is retroactively getting added to the list. Smiley I read webcomics by Shaenon Garrity. Narbonic, and Skin Horse. When I ordered a few of the books, there were neat doodles on the envelopes! Which have been set aside carefully for a long time now. But the envelopes were already wrinkled from mailing, and they weren't going to last forever. So I glued the the gerbils and the swashbuckling silverfish onto thin cardboard, carefully cut them out, even more carefully tinted the white space with watercolors. Took a small canvas I picked up cheap because it was damaged, layered paint until I gt a background color I liked, glued down the art, added a scrap of paper from an ad I saved because it said 'mad science!', added a coat of clear acrlic sealer, and hung that baby up. Nerdy yes, but I like it.

I really like the lists that are done by type of skill...it mixes it up and provides lots of variety...also, maybe it would inspire me to try new things...I did get a lot of things off your list, meleriffic, from last year and this year, you posted another great list! Cheesy

You brides-to-be and moms-to-be are going to be really challenged this year to get projects done! Hang in there and craft for your sanity! Cheesy

I would love to try hairpin lace...is it the same as broomstick lace?  I have a stash or vintage Workbasket magazines that I want to make one project from each book...there is a gorgeous shawl but it is called broomstick lace...
