I found out about this idea too late in the year, but we would need 25 participants to make 25 of a certain ornament for your own Jesse tree:) We would have to have these turned in by December 1st, because that is the day that you put the first ornament on your tree.  I guess to help with postage, y'all would send them to me, with postage to send to you, and I would mail you all 25.  Anyone interested?

Just a reminder from the Craftster Swap rules that swaps in which all swapped items are sent to the organizer for distribution back to the swappers are not allowed. Swapped items must be sent directly from swapper to swapper.

I did see that in the craftster rules, but how does this type of swap work, sending in 25 ornaments? Thanks!

Maybe you could do various rounds for 5 months, where each month you set up
groups of 6 swappers from the people who sign up so that you send 1 ornament to the others
in your group, and at the end of the month you have received 5?
Set up a new round each month?
I think someone did that before with a granny square swap (so that they could eventually make an afghan):

i think you would just have groups of 5 people, and every person makes one of every ornament.  then you send person A ornaments 1, 5, 10, 15, and 25.  does that make sense?  then you have a set of 25 made by 5 different people instead of 25, but much easier with the logistics.
