Cthulhu ~ my first knitted stuffed animal!

For Christmas I took on the task of doing a lot of knitting- making something special for each of my close friends, because I don't have a whole lot of money to buy presents- but what I do have is time and tons of yarn in a box.

I've been knitting for a couple of years- but nothing more complicated than a hat or scarves, I made one set of gloves once that turned out okay but just never thought to branch out until this year.

I do have to say, I'm very proud of what I have produced! I don't think he turned out half bad, especially since after using the Nautie for the head, I basically had to make up the rest of him- because I couldn't find a pattern for wings I liked.

(For those wondering- Cthulhu is basically an evil water being/demon/creature.)

Anyway- this is the finished product! I little rough around the edges for sure, and I know I'll get better the more I do, but I can't complain.

Anywho- This is the final product!

This is absolutely adorable I'm going to try and make something like this for my friend who loves everything H.P. Lovecraft. I've knit stuffed animals before, but I'm at a loss as to how to do the wings. If you could share the pattern with me I'd be very grateful!
