Papier Mache Money Box

I made this little beauty last summer , its made of one balloon , and the rest is entirly made of paper mache ( newspaper and pva glue).  It was painted with acrylics and sealed with a clear varnish.

That is such a cute elephant!  The cheek blush spots and eyelashes are charming, but the pink toe nails won my heart.
