I haven't posted many projects in the past few months and figured I would take some time and share a few of the things I have done...

I made this rainbow twirly dress for pjherbert's darling GD a few months ago....it took a while,OK maybe a LONG while, but totally worth it.....100 or so 3x3 squares out of 75 or so different fabrics....and believe it or not... had it all in my stash!!!

close ups of some of the detail

was quite happy with the way buttons matched, and to think I already had them as well

all of the seams were serged after sewing it together

and a few other action shots... my little model had a blast running around in her twirly rainbow dress...

thanks for looking!!!....

Your hard work certainly was worth it.  The dress is as cute as the little tot wearing it.  Well Done!

really cute!  I think I want one! (I'll leave it up to you to decide if I mean the dress or the cute granddaughter... or maybe both) Grin

That's the kind of outfit that you save and hand down thru the generations.  How beautiful!
