so i have been stock piling these just waiting to have a chance to give them away or something. and Halloween just pasted me buy !
oh well.
these are my Mini top hats!
i found out how to do them from an online tutorial witch i can not find the link to at the moment. i love using my scraps of materials to make them

thanks! i got a bit more creative with the last two. liked the idea of the black base hat and using the colors in the decorations Smiley

I love the black and red one, I know a couple of people who do burlesque and these would be perfect for! Do they just have clips underneath to attach them to your hair?
