I find that I love weaving with yarns that are bit lumpy. So much more texture and visual interest. From now on, I will probably not try to fight with my fiber as much, and enjoy the imperfection when it happens.
I totally agree with that about crocheting with hand-spun. They just feel so different! We were just talking about this in the Spun to finished thread I think. At least I think I mentioned it. Why would anyone ever want to work with commercial yarn when they've tried hand-spun?

That weave is beautiful, by the way. I remember that yarn. It was beautiful and so is the end result. Damn it, now I have to get into weaving someday as well.
