ORGANISER NOTE:
After reviewing the public / bank / federal holidays in several countries, I have decided that any inchies that have been claimed to be sent on 24th, 25th, 26th or 27th December will be granted an extension until Wednesday 28th December. BUT they MUST be in the post by close of business in your country on the 28th Dec please. If you post them sooner, then thats obviously better though  Wink

finally got the camera and the inchies together in the same place at the same time!

Here we go:

first up: cats, flowers and hearts from gala_apples

fabric/quilted inchies from nilmerg. Received these ages ago, but only just got them and the camera together  Tongue Roll Eyes

and finally from Quasior, rainbows, flowers and stars

Love the way they are all so different!

Learning a lot about inchies from the swap - never done them before, and getting plenty of inspiration from everyone else.

Thank you all for sharing your artistry Cool

I recieved 2 sets today! The first set I opened was Smmarrts. Susan chose artists choice (& blue). I really like it when people do this as it is a much truer relection of their personallity and tastes than yours. It makes for a very varied inchie collection!

Next up is viking runes (& blue!) from Jill Hogan. I always get accused by Oodelally of not being able to count as I often send extra inchies, but Jill REALLY can't count! She sent me 24!!!! She kindly suggests that the extras are a thank you for organising  Embarrassed Thank you

I received some silhouettes from Nilmerg!

I especially love the one in the middle on the bottom row, and the Wizard of Oz one!  Oh, and the one licking his paw!

Thanks, Elaine!

Do you all think in inchie?  As I was reading my latest Bon Appetit, I was looking at every image, trying to see what portion might fit into an inchie and what background etc would go with it!

Oh,... Yeeeeesssss.  I have a little inchie program in my head, I twist pictures til they are most aesthetically pleasing, figure out what will fit.....

I haven't been in that mode much lately, too much Christmas and other busy stuff on the mind, but I do know just what you are talking about!  Cheesy

Two people I claimed have received and have been having camera issues, so I'll post what I sent to them.  First I sent some dinosaur inchies to c*lientje

I made some 'cute' ones, and a small set of silhouettes that are more realistic.  Dinosaurs were fun, surely.

These are what I sent to melmakespretty.

Matryoshka inchies are also on my inchie wish list, and I haven't done them before, so I had to give that a whirl.

Henna tattoos.  Also really fun!

And even though mel had a million great themes, I couldn't decide on the last 2, and I settled for trees, because I wanted to make 2 completely different 'tree' based inchies.  The right one is based on the Shel Silverstein book The Giving Tree.  Love that book.

I hope the 2 of you liked them!  I was excited to know my inchies traveled so far and wide.   Grin
