I want the knitted toy soldier!  Smiley

And now I want to put my tree up early Smiley

I'm making myself wait until after Thanksgiving to start decorating. Poor Thanksgiving always gets swallowed up between Halloween and Christmas.  Roll Eyes

Loving the knitted teddy bear.  Well, and pretty much all of the other ornaments.

This is what I plan to offer:

Snowflake clothespins - they are mini clothespins with paper snowflakes that are 1" (I've never made ones this small but it's kind of fun.)  Each person will get 2 red and 2 green and like real snowflakes, each will be different.  You can clip them to the tree or put strings on them and they can hang.

I've signed up! I'm going to make 5 Apple Cinnamon Gingerbread Men (not edible, but they'll smell pretty tasty!)

I was going to do felt Christmas kitties but I sort of fell in love with 3D snowflake ornaments today and I'd like to switch my offering to those Cheesy I'll be making a set of 2 snowflake ornaments for each partner similar to this:

They'll be approximately 4 inches across and I'll be using pretty holiday paper. The snowflake pictured uses gold glitter patterned vellum paper and I really like that affect.

I know, aren't they so much fun?! One year in college my roommate and I decorated our dorm room with about 20 of them, in all different sizes. They're on my list of things to make to decorate my apartment, after the other Christmas crafting is done. I love the paper that you did your example with. So far I haven't done any experimenting with fun paper, just basic white and construction paper.

I made that exact snowflake just a few days ago!  My concern would be how will it survive mailing?  You'd almost have to put them in a box or they will squash flat.

Hi everyone  Cheesy  So excited to join this swap!!  I'll be making 2 different ornaments (5 of each) - one will be a Christmas Pickle and the other will be a Basket of Yarn.

Both patterns were found on Ravelry: the pickle is from Knit Picks & the basket is from Debbie Stoller's Stitch Nation
