So I found these babies:

http://www.sinistersoles.com/BLOODY-12-Blood-Splatter-Zombie-Pumps-p/s-funtasma-bloody-12-shoes-b.htm

which are divine, but I have a pair of really cute black satin peep toe heels that are very comfortable and I would rather wear those because I know they fit well and are comfortable. I know methods for splattering paint but I don't know how well it would work on satin....would it bleed? would the color soak in and not show up? Should I use a sealer/primer first and then do the splatter? I don't want to ruin the heels by trying this method and if it has a low chance of working out then I will try to find a pair that is PVC or something.

Any tips are much appreciated, thanks!

What you could do is get some red transfer foil and permanent fabric glue. Make some sploches with the glue let it dry and iron the foil on the glue. Or if you want it matte you could get iron on transfer vinyl and cut it to sploch shapes.
