So, here's my Halloween costume: a deer dressed as Princess Jasmine. Hope you enjoy it. Unfortunately, I can't post images, but I've posted the links.

Made the top and pants out of a tablecloth I got at the thrift store. Didn't bother to use a pattern for the pants, but for the top I made some alterations to the bodice of my prom dress' pattern.
Got the brown turtleneck at the thrift store, too. I had the gloves on hand.

The earrings and necklace are made of a clear plastic, painted gold. The gem on the headband is a clip-on earring, also painted (and also from a thrift store.)
To make the antlers, I bent clotheshangers into the shape I wanted, wrapped them in newspaper, did a couple layers of papier mache, painted them brown, and sprayed a couple layers of varnish on. They're glued onto the same headband as the ears.

It was a lot of fun to make, and a lot of fun to wear. Smiley
