Thank you everyone for your kind comments!! Grin  The Samurai turned into a labour of love and was such a weight off my shoulders to get it done!!

For those who asked:

Shaun Cross stitch - this is made by Anchor, product code:  SS00007, I have found it for sale on many websites in the UK but I don't know if it is available elsewhere!  Googling Shaun the Sheep cross stitch is a good place to start (there is a range of shaun kits!!!!)

Shaun knitting kit -  this is made by Coates crafts, no product code, but did find this on their website - http://www.coatscrafts.co.uk/Products/Knitting/kits/Shaun+the+Sheep+Knit+Kit.htm.  Product info only, they don't sell via the web.  Again I have seen it on UK websites but I don't know if it is available else where!

It usually takes me forever to finish a cross-stitch as well . . .

This is stunning!  Well worth the years effort  Grin

i saw this on the front page and wasn't sure what it was at first...i really thought it was a detailed painting.  i am floored at the skill, it is absolutely impeccable.  you have to get this professionally mounted and framed, behind uv protected glass.  i know it's a bit of cash, but as a former custom framer, DO IT.  fabulous pieces all of them....awesome work!

The samurai is amazing!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful work, and for the inspiration to revive a dormant project or two.

You are incredible!  The detail in your first piece is mind-blowing.  Plus, I think the dude is uber-hot, like Sheng from Disney's Mulan or something.  Take your hands to the spa or something--they deserve it after all that hard work!

Excellent work! I have been eyeballing that lovely samurai kit for a long while and after seeing the completed piece I will have to treat myself after the holidays are over.
