So this year I was somehow roped into making 8 costumes (to my inner crafter delight).
I made the following costumes.
My Pride and Joy this year was my little brother coming to me three days before our annual halloween party and asking me to make him a Jack Skellington coat. Of course as any proud crafter I choose to make the whole thing.
Things made:
Jacket
Bowtie
Pants (only added the lines and pumpkins)
Things bought:
Mask
Gloves

Close up of the back. The 'skellington' is written in glow in the dark as was his bow tie.

Please excuse the pose it was the only photo where you can see his pumpkins on his knees.
Next four costumes are Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, Zombie Sailor, and Mother Nature.

I love goofy poses.
Now then my mom decided she wanted to be a pirate, she decided to go as captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Carribean. When she decided to do this I was so excited. She had loads of fun running around as capt. Jack.

Last but not least I dressed up as Ariel aka the Little mermaid.

Gangsta pose!
And a good group photo.

All in all I enjoyed making them and I used up quite a bit of material, thankfully. However hot gluing sequins SUCKS! There are still sequins all over the floor of my house.
