I don't even like Star Wars but my husband has been dreaming of this for years so we did it.

Robe - McCall's # M5952
Shirt and Pants under the robe - no pattern. This si the frist time I have made a shirt with sleeve using only a store bought shirt as a pattern!
Luke Skywalker:

Pants - no pattern. Very tight, slits 1/2 way up calf so they could be tight enough to fit into his boots
Boot covers - no pattern again, zip up the back, made by sewing strips of fabric onto a bigger piece and then cutting down to size. I love how these came out, even though they ended up fraying a bit once he started wearing them.
Shirt - Another McCall's pattern but I can't find it to tell you what number. It was really a karate shirt, Russ calls it his "Hiya shirt."
Leia:
Can you tell Leia is 4 1/2 months pregnant?!
"Wig" - crocheted basic hat and ran long pieces of brown through it, like rug hooking with 4' pieces. Then I put it on my husband and styled it. There were some dingleberries off the buns the longer I wore it, but I really think it came out OK.
Dress - Simplicity 6777 from 1966, altered for length and a hood.
Boot covers: These sucked but they covered my shoes and made them vaguely look like white boots.
Han Solo:
His vest is my favorite part of all the costumes! I didn't use a pattern, couldn't find one, but I did find a website that has super awesome close up picture of the vest so I used an old shirt of my husbands for the basic pattern and then drew out the pockets. The pockets are awesome!
Shirt - McCall's 6953 from 1980, modified to have zipper in the back because i couldn't find stretch fabric in the right color.
Gun - He ordered the gun but it came in white and orange so he spray painted it.
Blood stripes (down side of pants) - ribbon with sharpie and safety pins.
Also, he was working really hard on making a holster and belt because he wanted to be super authentic, but the Dremel died. He will finish it someday and then I know I will be dragged to a convention somewhere. *sigh*
