Fabric Jewelry Swap, send by 12/15

Whew - finally accessed Craftster!  I was having some trouble this a.m. - I was able to get my package mailed out to my partner last evening  (Friday) - I finished the extra 30 minutes before the post office closed - I hope CraftyMamaBee can read my hurried scribbled writing on the card I sent when she receives!  I was very pleased and proud when I finished - now I anxiously await her receiving it! 

When I returned home from the post office, her package to me was waiting in my mailbox!  Whoo-hoo - I have a wonderful package to share with all of you - I am finishing taking photos this morning and then I'll post all on the gallery board.  THANK YOU CRAFTYMAMABEE - it's all so perfect for me!  My son came home just for the weekend last night too, and I made him sit with me when I was opening - he is amused that I get so excited about sending and receiving - he kept saying, "You girls, you crafty girls. . . "  Ha!

I finally got up the guts to pull out my new sewing machine so I could put the finishing touches on everything.  It took about 5 minutes to do what I worked on and failed at doing for at least an hour the night before on the old machine.  The bf should be headed to the post office shortly.

And I just realized that I forgot to take pictures.  Crap.

I just got a new machine as well.... I feel like I am betraying my old machine by being so much happier with the new one! I hope you are enjoying it and I can't wait to see what you made!

fiddlegirl - my husband does the same thing when I send and receive! He thinks it's all too silly! I am so happy you like it! I was a little worried..... My mom is 5'2" and I kept asking her if certain things would be to big on her frame! I hope you enjoy it all! The bracelet was something I was trying out and tried to keep it as close to six inches as possible! It fit my small wrist just right and hope it works for you!

I can't wait til Monday!

I was grinning the whole time I was using it.  It's a big change, because the new one is digital and the old one is a $30 machine that my boyfriend has had since he was 13.

On a swap-related note, the boyfriend ended up getting sick yesterday, so he took my package to the post office this morning.  It should be there Tuesday.

Took pictures, but now I need to eat and my boys too  I will upload and post in the gallery as soon as they are asleep!

I feel so lucky!!
