I've been ogling this costume everyday for the couple weeks. I went out and bought the supplies and am going to try to make it for my 4yo DS for Halloween. Smiley Thanks for the ideas!! Smiley

That is so cool!  I was R2D2 for halloween when I was 8 or 9 (My brother and sister were Luke and Lea that year).  My mom made me a light-up paper mach hat and though I thought my costume was pretty cool, I couldn't sit down in it.  This is ADORABLE and seems really comfy too.  You did an awesome job!

This is one of the cutest kids costumes I've seen on the web for R2.  It's not super invasive to the child, and it looks fantastic.  Great job!
