I'm hoping to make something similar to this

So, I'm looking for a wrap front dress with real sleeves.  I can modify the length and shape of the sleeve on the pattern, but I need a wrap front and actual sleeves.  A lot of the patterns I've found are short sleeved and don't have set in sleeves, but the bodice and sleeve are all one piece.  So, if you can post links to patterns, preferably free or a download, but a paper pattern could work for me too.

Thanks!

It is, unfortunately, it comes no smaller than a 2 Sad  I guess I can just wait for her to grow a bit.
Thank you.

Why don't you use this as an excuse to try designing your own pattern? When I design, I sometimes take other patterns and modify, for example I had a hoodie pattern for my son and made it longer and the sleeves a bit more bell shaped to make a jedi jacket. If you can find a sleeveless wrap top, you can make it longer to add the skirt and the use sleeves from a separate pattern.
