Well, I almost done!! I just have to show it off but since it isn't finished I don't want to create a new post. I used fleece for the backing. All I lack is the binding, and while I was certain I wanted red, now I'm thinking grey instead. I am so bad with decisions, lol!

id go red. but if you think grey go with it.  <wanders off wondering why she never thought to combine applique with a traditional block???>

Its done, its done! I decided to go with the red after all, mostly because I was too impatient to wait long enough to buy the grey. I'm really glad I went with the red though. Thanks so very much for all your help!
