Upcycled Advent Calendar

I've spent a lot of this year upcycling clothes into various things - and it seemed fitting to continue this theme into Christmas.
So- my latest project is an Advent calendar made from old clothes!

I made this:

From these:

I'm still working on the ornaments to hang on all the little buttons. One down - 23 more to go!

Love this and so nice to see a project that isn't just the regular Christmas colours, I definitely am guilty of sticking to Reds and Greens.

I love advent calendars! This one is so unique too! I am going through a recycling/reusing jag to. I have so much random stuff and I just don;t want to see it be one more hill of junk in a land fill.
