The bouncy horses have been around for many years---probably came along fifty or so years ago---during my childhood.  Like a rocking horse but it's plastic & suspended by springs in a metal framework (probably plastic framework nowadays).  It allows a child to rock & bounce more freely than a traditional rocking horse.  Google will show you bouncy horse images.
