So cute! The cupcake stand dress was my first choice for Halloween but I couldn't figure out how to make it work and be practical (fit through doors and stuff)  Sad so I went for a cotton candy cloud instead. Good job!

I had to make it a few times before I figured the construction out  Wink  The first time it this ridiculous, giant, heavy monstrosity.  I worked on it late into the night, woke up the next day, saw it and was like.... what was I thinking?   Cheesy  My daughter is a waif, there is no way she could have carried that thing.  hahahah.  At least it all worked out in the end!

Thanks guys  Cheesy  We get a little more elaborate every year, but it has become a tradition for us to make the costume together.  She the best time picking out materials, making the cupcakes (we made such a mess with the foam, spackle, paint eeeekkk) and she loved organizing and gluing down the fake jewels on the top.

Thanks  Grin  I should already get started on next year's costume, she said she wanted to wear one of the outfits from Weird Al's "Perform This Way" video.  She wants the taj mahal hat/octopus costume  Shocked Cheesy  I'm not sure if I can pull that one off!

That's my kid...total weirdo just like her mom.  I'm trying to convince her to go with the beehive outfit instead hahahahahah.

LOVE the costume and the model!!!
Too bad the idea came from such a disgusting role model for our girls as Katy Perry. But your daughter is gorgeous and looks like she could have her own cartoon character!
