Love it!!! I am a total wreck with markers, so I'm definitely envious of your skills. Great work, I'd love to hang this in my hallway!

Thanks everyone! Comments like that warm the heart, or the hand because it gave me the motivation to make another one yesterday evening! But I have not made pictures yet so I will post it later on. It is pretty much similar to this one only more roots and slightly different colors and branches.

This would make great fabric..I kinda want to quilt it!

I totally love that idea! I never learned how to quilt but maybe I should Smiley
If you ever make it, I`d love to see the result.

RaeRaggs, yes me to (usually) for a long time I did not know that copics existed but along with copics I found out that there is a whole world of cool kinds of markers.

non.sequitur, me too in the beginning and still so in many ways. I learned that most of it depends on if there are enough colors to build up the changing shades and such.
But I do love markers now, the only thing that I dont like a lot is that it has to be used on special paper, paper that is not suitable for watercolors or other water based paints so much. I love to mix materials, gives much more opportunities, but with copics thats hard.

Anyway, I am probably blabbing a bit too much Smiley

I did make some pictures while making the new drawing yesterday, not of the finished drawing yet but I can post the in between ones.
I did change the colors later on though:
