So I'm in the Year of Homemade Gifts Craftalong (which is AWESOME by the way) and I knit a cardigan for my Mum for Christmas.

It's the first thing I've knitted with real buttons and it's the first ever raglan I've done too! I'm quite pleased with how it turned out and I tried it on my bestie who's about the same size and it fit her like a dream so I'm hoping it will suit Mum just as well!

anyways - here's some pics!

C&C Very welcome!
Tea.

Looks great, what type of yarn did you use?

It was a homespun that I had a whole raft of... I'm not even sure where it came from to be honest, but I think it was about a bulky weight, and was really soft/fluffy. I may have picked it up at a fair or something of that nature. I don't know anyone who spins, so I really have no idea where I got it. It might have been my grans... I know that's not helpful at all... But def. bulky yarn, so it knit up pretty quickly.
