Well...I keep meaning to catch Dr. Who.  It seems like a show that I would like.  Maybe once this horrid thing called the PhD program is over for the summer.  Wink

I received from Modus Operandi today!  She claimed me for wood bracelets.  She sent two and then sent an additional fabric cuff.

The fabric she chose is totally me, by the way.  Love it!!

Does anyone else pin things they've made?  Cheesy  I loved the sign I sent to zzdia so I pinned it to my 'Things I've Made' board.

I do it too! So people have an idea of what I do and also because I like looking at my pretties. Lol. And I also have a rec'd from swaps board so people don't have to go searching through my posts to see what stuff I've gotten from other people. (Because it's what I do a lot when I stalk people for swaps.  Wink )

I'll try to join, but I'll decide later on when I know how December will look. I'm working on my current claim at the moment. It's much easier now when I've found my darning needles...

Well.... technically, while top and roving look the same, they are totally different in the fact that top has all fibers going the same way |||||  and roving has fibers that go every which way /\|\|?<>__+=-- like that Smiley   But that just means I know to much lol

This gallery exploded today!!
THe owl pillows are sooo cute!
the adipose is so fluffy!  I know he's from show or movie, don't know which one, but that doesn't stop me wanting one!
And i know a few folks who would die to have one of those Amigurumi!

See...totally ignorant regarding all things fiber.

The adipose is from Dr. Who I believe.  I've never seen the show, but that is the second one I've made now.  Hahaha...

rlynn - you are soooo funny!  Yes, it's from Dr. Who. Smiley  There is an episode where people are taking this new miracle weight loss drug and the fat 'just falls off'.  It does, it falls off and the Adipose are the little fat creatures - 1lb of fat - sounds gross, but they are adorable!lol

I made two Adipose stuffies but had no idea what they were lol.

LOL!  The idea is gross!  But they are super cute stuffies!

Glad you liked the bracelets rlynn! I bought that fabric ages ago and havent done anything with it except your bracelet  Wink

In case anyone else try's that wood bracelet tute- after soaking in water to soften, you put them in a glass to dry in the circle shape. They dry fairly quickly, and I believe they recommend 24hrs. I let them dry a few days, and after removing them from the cups they started to spread again! And after the decopage was applied they spread even more (frustrating!), which is why I drilled holes on the ends and added ribbon to tighten them back down and to keep from falling off (my wrists are the same size as rlynn's). the wavy wood handles I got at hobby lobby and they come with a lot in a package, which is good because I broke a few trying to bend them.

I totally have a "Craftiness I've made" board!  Not everything gets pinned there like it should because I'm slack and don't always get pictures taken but...  you know - SHtuff happens.  Wink

I'm not sure yet if I'll join up in December or not.  I'm organizing the winter swap and christmas presents and a program and sleep and eating and....  yeah - you get the idea.  I may have to take a break.  I seem to be rapidly overloading myself.  *sigh*
