This year I finally made my life long dream of dressing as corn on the cob a reality! Because I had the undying urge to also wear a miniature top hat and a bow tie, I became a Broadway Dancing Corn on the Cob! Here's the final product:
You can also see my corn husk back piece here.

The inspirational mini top hat and bow tie!

I had "butter" on my shoulder dripping down my arm.

Closer view of my fancy dancin' cuffs with a corn cob holder used as a button, corn colored manicure and dancing cane.

I handmade or altered everything except the shoes, tights and bow tie. I drafted my own pattern for the dress and cut/painted/glued styrofoam balls for the "kernels". The butter, corn husk back piece and cuffs are all felt, with the cuff buttons made from corn holders with the prongs removed. The dancing cane is a painted dowel.

Let me know what you think!  Cheesy

Haha! Consider yourself informed! Seriously, everything is more fun in a tiny top hat.  Smiley
