Don't worry, it's just a plastic boob.

Whatever your name for it is, that's what I was!  This is not new, it's been going around the internet for at least a couple years, but as soon as I saw it I knew one day I would do it!  (I'm pretty sure I even saw it on here, but I can't find it now.)  And MAN, people LOVE the poof!  Everyone would get so excited and happy when they saw me, and then they'd touch me.  It was so much fun!

I made a simple tube dress out of turquoise jersey material and put 1 inch elastic around the top to give it a more secure fit.  This took about 33 yards of tulle.  All hand sewn to the dress.  I know other people made theirs just bunching and safety pinning, but I didn't want cold metal safety pins touching me.  Or, with my luck, opening and stabbing me!  I wanted it to be nice and thick and squishy!  Then I got 2 little rubber duckies and glued them to some snap barrettes and stuck them on my shoes.

Hope you like it!

the duckies on the shoes top this costume off. such a cute idea. I'd probably wear them out on a regular basis
